My (Amy’s) team is just wrapping up a very busy season and moving into our summer rhythm. This means a time to enjoy fewer meetings while catching up on those tasks and projects I’ve been putting off. We look forward to some vacation and time with family in the coming months.
Earlier this week I planned a couple of in-town retreat days with my team. It was a mix of celebrating the year, growing closer together and beginning to think about what projects we will be doing in the Fall.
One highlight was thanking God for over 40 “wins” we experienced together as we worked toward our goals this past year! We couldn’t have done this without lots of prayer and good collaboration. A second highlight was the Hawaiian themed dinner we did as a team with our spouses. The time to relax together on our back patio and enjoy good food together with lots of laughter was invaluable.
