Mike is in Manila from 1-14 December to assist with the ongoing development of 22 Cru staff from 14 countries. These individuals have already shown the ability to lead others in their country and have been selected to expand their leadership. This is part of a 2-year program that will gain them a Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership and equip them to steward ministry in a much greater capacity.
The program immerses them in some of the best Christian leadership thinking written by experts, as well as having them synthesize the learning into their existing ministry for 6 months. It is this application of principles into real life that helps them grow as a leader.
Pray for our 2 weeks of intensive learning, for us all to stay healthy, and for the practical examples we will study in the Philippine ministry.
